Michael H. Corcoran, PhD

A former U.S. Secret Service Agent, Dr. Corcoran has been assessing and evaluating dangerousness and the potential for violence since 1968. His hands-on experience while working in the law enforcement field in response to individual threats, hostage/barricade situations, suicides, and workplace violence qualifies him to survey circumstances in order to measure hazards and predict behaviors. His clinical experience with violent criminal behavior also distinguishes Dr. Corcoran as an authority in instructing others in the identification and containment of threatening and violent behavior, which he has done for organizations throughout the world.
